At The Revitalize Foundation, our mission is to support community programs that promote Workforce Development, Healthcare and Financial Literacy.

Our focus is sharp

We believe a targeted focus creates a more sustained impact. To that end, we know strong communities have access to high-quality healthcare, employment opportunities, and financial services. Together, these areas are the backbone of any community. That’s why we’ve chosen to focus our efforts in three key verticals: 1. Healthcare, 2. Workforce development, and 3. Financial literacy.

Workforce Development

We are committed to helping prepare local talent for Chicago’s vast job market. From access to continuing education and job training, to connecting candidates with potential employers and mentors, the Foundation partners with other community-based organizations to support the growth and development of Chicago’s workforce.

Healthcare

We believe high-quality healthcare is a fundamental right for Chicago’s residents. To ensure everyone can exercise that right, the Foundation focuses on equity-based philanthropic investments. We partner with nonprofits, health service agencies and other health-focused organizations to create wider access to care. This includes mental health services, substance abuse prevention, and physical fitness and well-being programs.

Financial Literacy

We believe living “money smart” is the best way to live. That’s why we collaborate with local partners to bring unbanked households into the financial system, promote smart credit strategies, and educate the community on all matters related to financial literacy.
